Front Desk Receptionist

Interventional pain practice is looking for a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. This key position is responsible for front desk duties including providing excellent and friendly customer service, patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, referral management, and collections.

This is a career-oriented opportunity with room for growth and development, ideal for someone who enjoys being challenged and working closely with providers in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to float between our four clinic locations: Kyle, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, and Southwest Austin on a weekly basis.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Please Note - This position is full-time only.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills and must be comfortable speaking with patients in a friendly and personable manner
Must demonstrate professionalism
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn
Must be organized, efficient, and have great critical thinking skills as well as an investigational attitude
Excellent computer and telephone skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
