Job Overview
We are a busy patient-focused oral surgery practice seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Front Desk employee to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and provides exceptional customer service to our patients and referring doctors.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
Collect payments and review financial agreements with patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate with referring dental offices regarding patient referrals and treatment coordination.
Ensure HIPPA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with additional front office duties as needed.
Willing to travel to multiple office locations within the Pinellas County area.
Qualifications
Previous front office experience is preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable and team-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy is essential
