We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health information management protocols.

Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information as required.

Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Utilize office management software
Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication within the office.

Skills
Proficiency in health information management practices is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Familiarity with dental terminology is an advantage.

Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
