Patient Concierge / Front Desk Coordinator
Form + Function Dental Aesthetics | Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities

Our practice specializes in comprehensive, aesthetics, TMJ, and airway dentistry, with an emphasis on personalized care, advanced technology, and an elevated patient experience.
We're looking for an exceptional Receptionist / Patient Concierge to be the face and voice of our practice. This isn't your typical dental front desk position. We're seeking someone who takes pride in creating meaningful connections, anticipates people's needs, and understands that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding clinical care.
The Role
As our Patient Concierge, you'll be the first impression and primary point of contact for our patients.
You'll play an essential role in making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Patient Experience & Hospitality
Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
Create a seamless, elevated experience from check-in to check-out.
Anticipate patient needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
Build lasting relationships with patients and make them feel valued.
Handle patient questions or concerns with empathy, confidence, and discretion.
Scheduling & Communication
Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized, efficient schedule.
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
Coordinate new patient inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups.
Proactively maintain communication with patients to ensure continuity of care.
Treatment & Financial Coordination
Present treatment estimates and explain financial options clearly and confidently.
Help patients understand insurance benefits and payment responsibilities.
Coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements.
Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment.
Support patients in making informed decisions without high-pressure sales tactics.
Administrative Responsibilities
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Assist with insurance claims, billing, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Help develop and refine front office systems and workflows.
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Dental experience is preferred, but we also value candidates from luxury hospitality, boutique retail, and other service-oriented industries who demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.

Form + Function Dental Aesthetics is a luxury, wellness-centered dental studio in Summerlin, Las Vegas, led by Dr. Kevin Tan. The practice provides comprehensive general, cosmetic, holistic, TMJ/TMD, sleep apnea, and airway-focused care with an emphasis on whole-body wellness and long-term treatment planning. Its patient experience is intentionally personalized, reserving two hours for new patients and seeing one patient at a time in a spa-like setting.
