Job Description
As the Front Desk Receptionist you will be the face of the Surgery Center. Greeting patients coming in for procedures with a smile and cheery demeanor, remaining professional at all times.
You will be responsible for checking the patient in for scheduled procedures, reviewing all consent and financial forms with the patient, obtaining signatures, scanning into the patients chart, collecting any copay's due scheduling follow up appointments.
You will maintain the flow of the daily schedule, informing all staff of any changes/cancellations. Assist in taking patients back to the preoperative area as needed to maintain flow. Assist the post operative nurse in releasing patients after the recovery process as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management
Must be reliable and stay on task
Surgery Center operates early hours M, T, F with some Saturdays that are rotated.
This is a Part Time position with opportunity to move into Full time.
Pay is depending on experience
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
