Hunter Family Vision is a growing, privately owned optometry practice with locations in Leawood, Prairie Village, and Louisburg. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding eye care while creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for both our patients and our team. What You'll Do
As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly, positive attitude
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance benefits and preparing patient charts
Entering patient information accurately into our electronic health record system
Answering patient questions and directing them to the appropriate department
Processing payments for services
Ordering contact lenses
Assisting with patient flow to help the office run efficiently
Providing exceptional customer service to every patient, every day
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
A positive team player who enjoys working with others
Eager to learn and grow
Experience in healthcare or an optometry office is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
