Front Desk Receptionist

Our orthodontic office is looking for a self-motivated, dependable, charismatic individual to join our team as front office/receptionist. The ideal orthodontic/dental candidate should have excellent prioritization skills, have an enthusiasm for relating to people both in person and over the phone. A love for personal interaction and the ability to follow through with projects will lead success in this job! Qualified orthodontic/dental candidates should also possess the following skills:
Attention to personal appearance and presentation for face-to-face consultations with patients and their families in regards to their orthodontic/dental needs.

Exemplary communication skills including effective listening skills to meet orthodontic/dental needs.

Commitment to ethical conduct and respect for privacy protocols.

Responsibilities
Coordinate patient scheduling and manage insurance verification processes efficiently.

Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Utilize EHR systems and other software for data entry and management.

Support medical collections and assist with billing inquiries as needed.

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients to facilitate smooth operations.

Some dental insurance knowledge is preferable. Benefits provided.
