Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, tech-savvy, and experienced in medical, dental, med spa, or salon front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in shaping their experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and appointment flow efficiently
Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and handle client inquiries
Process payments, memberships, and product sales
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless daily operations
Educate clients on services, promotions, and skincare products
Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
Assist in marketing and community outreach programs
Assist with events
Qualifications:
Prior front desk experience in a med spa, dental, medical office, or salon (REQUIRED; will consider candidates with vet med experience)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and scheduling/EMR systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with aesthetic services or skincare products
Sales experience (memberships, retail, upselling services)
