Job Description
We are a pain management practice with one location currently, looking for an outgoing and friendly front desk team member with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is great with people, has some form of computer skills with the ability to multitask, can explain financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties and collects co-payments at the time of service. They should be able to process and obtain accurate requested information ensuring proper release or request of medical records according to Federal/State/HIPAA guidelines.
Clinic experience is preferred but will train the right motivated individual. Salary will be based on experience.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Checking in and out patients, presenting treatment plans and insurance pre-determinations with coverage verification.
DAYS:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a lunch break from 12 noon to 1 pm.
HOURS:
80 per pay (Every two weeks)
Employees will need to pass a background check because we are mandated to do that in the State of Ohio.
