Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, smooth, and professional experience for patients. This role involves patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, communication, basic office tasks, and supporting the doctor as needed. There is strong potential for advancement into Office Manager or Administrative Lead. Performance bonuses are available.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Manage phone calls, text messages, and emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify patient information and assist with intake forms
Process payments, collect copays, and handle receipts
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with basic administrative tasks and patient flow
Support the doctor as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
Uphold patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous medical, chiropractic, therapy, spa, or dental office experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow with the clinic
Bilingual (English + Chinese/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
