Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatrics & Primary Care
Location: Inwood, NY
Pay: $21–$25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday–Thursday
Suffolk Primary Health is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pediatrics and Primary Care office in Inwood, NY.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a busy medical office. Previous medical front desk experience is preferred, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is strongly preferred.
Schedule:
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: Off
Candidates must be available for the full schedule.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families and provide a welcoming front desk experience
Check patients in and out
Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Work within eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage appointments and patient information
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Collect copays and payments when applicable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate with providers and other office staff
Assist with general front desk and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
Previous medical front desk or receptionist experience preferred
eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience strongly preferred
Pediatrics or Primary Care experience is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Must be available for the full Sunday–Thursday schedule
Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
