Illume Aesthetics is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist – MedSpa to be the welcoming face of our luxury medical aesthetics practice. As our Front Desk Receptionist – MedSpa, you’ll set the tone for every client interaction, combining warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. You’ll help clients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, while also managing the daily operations that keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all clients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer calls, manage the phone system, and respond to inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and confirm bookings
Provide service information, explain promotions, and upsell memberships when appropriate
Process transactions, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure confidentiality
Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a customer service role (MedSpa, medical, dental, or wellness experience preferred)
Proficiency with phone systems, Google Suite, and scheduling/POS software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
Interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
Results: In this role, you will be expected to:
Maintain a 95%+ accuracy rate in scheduling and patient records
Achieve high patient satisfaction ratings for professionalism and friendliness
Support sales and booking goals through effective client engagement
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and stocked at all times
Contribute to overall clinic efficiency and a positive work environment
