Job Description
Front Office Receptionist to join our team in our busy Melbourne Vascular Surgery Practice.
2 years of experience in a Medical Office setting required. Duties include supporting our office practice and surgery facility with patient reception: check-in/check out, scheduling, insurance authorizations & referrals, collecting co-pays, chart preparation, confirmation calls to patient's etc. Must have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), computer literate, compassion for patients, high energy and always willing to step in and learn new processes. Benefits offered include Medical Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance & 401(k) plan. Other supplemental benefits are also available. Rate of pay is relational to experience. We are a Drug Free Workplace. Drug screen is required before date of hire.
