Job Overview
Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues with resolutions
Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
Effectively manage center schedules
Verification of patient insurance
Assisting patients with filling out forms and answering their questions
Notifying back office of patient arrivals
Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Keeping the waiting and reception areas clean and inviting
Complete other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to multitask in fast paced environment
Proficiency in using computer and other office equipment
Bilingual English/Spanish
