Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Front Desk team member to join our practice in Millcreek, Utah.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience with Dentrix
Understanding of reading a ledger
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Ability to call, request, complete, and accurately enter breakdowns of dental benefits into practice management software
Remind patients of appts. by text and phone calls, 48 hours before
Send digital forms by text/email before appointments, and follow up to make sure this is done before their appointments.
Assist the Office Manager as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scheduling for production
Treatment planning experience
We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in helping patients understand their treatment and insurance benefits. MUST have previous dental front desk experience. Pay is DOE.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
