We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Pay will depend on experience.
Duties
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Maintain accurate appointment scheduling
Assistant with treatment plans and other front office duties as needed
Qualifications
Dental front office experience and knowledge of Dentrix preferred
Work Location: In person
