Providence Dental Care is looking for a warm, welcoming, and dependable full-time Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face our patients see.

You’ll help create an exceptional patient experience by greeting and checking in patients, assisting with scheduling, supporting our team, and helping keep our office running smoothly. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making every patient feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.

Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Fridays 8-2, no weekends

Who you are:
0-2 years working with a high growth medical/dental practice or providing patient care
Experience partnering with providers delivering care to drive performance
A strong commitment to working effectively as a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Best-in-class problem-solving & organizational skills
A positive team player who leads by example
An energetic self-starter
Bilingual with English and Spanish language fluency is a plus
What you’ll do:
Interacts and addresses patient feedback in a timely and compassionate manner
Partners with patients to ensure a smooth check in process
Communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbal) with doctors and team members — this includes following HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy
Work alongside teammates to identify opportunities for process improvements to consistently improve the patient
Identify trends, solutions for improvement and where support is needed from leadership
Confident learning and operating systems for patient care
