Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Office

Our longtime front desk team member is relocating, and we are looking for the right person to join our friendly, family-oriented dental practice. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance-related questions
Check patients in and out
Collect payments and discuss treatment estimates when needed
Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and friendly demeanor
Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
Previous dental front desk experience preferred but not required
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
