Front Desk Receptionist / Practice Ambassador
Company: Straight Set Orthodontics

Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
As the face and voice of Straight Set Orthodontics, you are the director of first impressions. Your day-to-day will look like:
The Ultimate Welcome: Greet patients and parents with a warm, authentic smile. You’ll set the vibe for their entire visit.
The Grand Conductor: Manage the daily schedule, check patients in and out seamlessly, and keep our office flow running like a well-oiled machine.
The Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls and text messages with enthusiasm, helping new patients book their consultations and answering basic practice questions.
The Detail Detective: Handle patient paperwork, verify insurance information, and process payments with sharp accuracy.
The Vibe Curator: Keep the reception area clean, inviting, and stocked. (And yes, helping coordinate occasional fun office themes, patient contests, or social media moments!)

A Natural Matchmaker for Fun & Professionalism: You know how to keep things efficient while still cracking a joke or asking a patient how their soccer game went.
A Multi-Tasking Master: You can answer a phone call, check in a patient, and wave goodbye to another without skipping a beat.
Tech-Savvy: You navigate computers easily. If you have experience with orthodontic/dental software (like Evolution or Ortho-fi ), that’s a massive bonus, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person!
