Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator
Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

We are searching for a true "Ray of Sunshine"—someone who brings positive energy, warmth, and professionalism to every patient interaction.
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, warm, and emotionally intelligent
Organized with strong attention to detail
A self-starter who works independently
Professional, reliable, and career-oriented
Confident and articulate when communicating with patients
Strong in typing, computer skills, and written communication
A predictive thinker who anticipates needs and next steps
Health-conscious and committed to lifelong learning
DISC Profile: High S/I (Supportive, Communicative, People-Oriented) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare offices preferred
Medical billing experience is a plus
Knowledge of Open Dental Practice Management Software is a plus
Strong academic performance is beneficial
No dental experience?
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first and last point of contact for patients
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care
Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
Communicate with referring providers and specialists
Assist with sleep study coordination and related workflows
Support internal systems, training initiatives, and office operations
Work closely with leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences
Assist in other areas of the practice when needed
