Who You Are
Experienced in dental front office (minimum 1 year preferred)
Comfortable collecting payments the same day
Understands insurance breakdowns and verification
Growth-minded and wants to build a career — not just have a job
Has leadership qualities and wants to help build systems
Passionate about patient health, not just scheduling
Protects culture and operates drama-free
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Presenting treatment and financial options clearly and confidently
Collecting payments and securing financing
Insurance verification and benefit explanation
Scheduling for productivity and profitability
Recall systems and unscheduled treatment follow-up
Helping drive production goals
Monitoring daily collections and adjusting when needed
Creating a 5-star patient experience from check-in to check-out
Supporting marketing efforts and Google review growth
This role directly impacts the health of patients and the health of the practice.
