Part-Time | $16–18/hour (based on experience)

Healing Hands Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable person to become the welcoming face of our practice.

If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, learning new skills, and making someone's day a little better, we'd love to meet you.

This is much more than answering phones. You'll help create an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phones and respond to text messages and emails
Schedule appointments and manage our daily calendar
Check patients in and out
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist patients with questions regarding our chiropractic, weight loss, massage, and wellness services
Learn to assist with our non-invasive body contouring treatments (training provided)
Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
