Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Concierge (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) front desk professional with prior customer service experience who is eager to learn, stays organized under pressure, and wants to grow into a bigger role over time (treatment presentation support, financial coordination, and business development).

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome and create a “wow” first impression
Patient check-in / check-out and daily front desk operations
Answer phones, manage messages, and communicate clearly with patients and parents
Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and keep the day running smoothly
Post payments, assist with basic financial discussions, and support treatment presentations
Insurance verification and coordinating typical front-office tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain an organized front desk, strong documentation, and a high level of attention to detail
Assist with business development activities (patient follow-up, reactivation calls, referral support, light outreach/marketing tasks)
Qualifications & Traits We’re Looking For
Prior customer service experience required (dental/medical front desk experience is a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and professional—strong communication in person and on the phone
Organized, efficient, and quick to learn new systems and workflows
Problem-solver and critical thinker who can prioritize, stay calm, and take ownership of solutions
Team player with a positive attitude and a “help-first” mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
