Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

We are expanding!

We are looking for another friendly, personable, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our pediatric dental team!

We are looking for someone who is great with children and families, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dental office experience required.

Responsibilities
Greeting patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude
Checking patients in and out
Answering and directing phone calls
Responding to patient texts and emails
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Transferring and requesting patient records
Collecting payments and assisting with basic front-desk tasks
Providing excellent customer service to patients and parents
Working closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with children and parents
Reliable and dependable
Able to multitask in a busy office environment
Dental office experience is a must
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
Familiarity with EagleSoft is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for someone to work 4 days per week, approximately 32–40 hours per week.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
