Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

Dr. Alexis Phillips Kids Dentist is seeking a warm, motivated Dental Front Office Receptionist who is excited to grow with our pediatric dental practice. We’re looking for a positive, team oriented individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with patients and helping create an exceptional experience for children and their families.

This role is perfect for a dental assistant looking to transition to the front office.

Previous dental experience is required.

What You’ll Do
Contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment that supports excellent patient care
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage incoming emails and text messages
Coordinate and schedule surgeries at both the surgery center and hospital, including preparing and sending pre-authorizations
Confirm appointments and manage cancellations appropriately
Check patients in and out

Position Details
Software: Open Dental
Schedule: 4 days per week (Mon–Thurs, 8am–4pm)
Locations: Boise & Eagle (same team and dentist travel between offices)
Compensation: Based on experience
