Job Description
Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated compassionate professional staff for our 134-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Casa Grande, AZ. We are only 30 minutes from Arizona Mills Outlet Mall and 30 minutes from South Chandler. Don't fight the traffic...drive away from it.
Requirements
Previous experience in a medical office setting
Previous experience in customer service
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Great team player with positive attitude
Must be able to adapt to fast paced environment
Courteous
Job Duties
Customer service representation
Answer phones-direct calls
Process faxes
Greeting ALL visitors
Receiving and dispatching deliveries
Assisting with mail as required
Receiving and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Experience
Customer Service: 1 year
Receptionist: 1 year
Medical Office: 1 year
