Join Our Caring Physical Therapy Team!
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others? We're looking for a Front Desk/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our physical therapy clinic. In this role, you'll create a positive first impression for every patient while ensuring our front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while maintaining an accurate calendar.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails and patient inquiries.
Verify insurance information and collect co-payments.
Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, faxing, and document management.
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for patients.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Previous experience in a medical office or physical therapy clinic preferred.
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
