Front Desk Receptionist

We are a busy ob/gyn office looking for a full-time front desk receptionist. Work hours are 7:00am-5:00pm with a four day work week, no weekends. This person will greet all patients and visitors to our clinic, process patient paperwork, accept payments, and input insurance information. Applicant must be friendly, able to multi-task, and have good stress management skills. Excellent data entry is essential.

Job duties may include:
data entry
answering phones
insurance authorizations
