Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist/Records Clerk is an administrative support role responsible for managing front office operations, coordinating client intake and scheduling processes, maintaining records, verifying insurance, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations while providing excellent customer service to clients and staff. This position will need to be able to work two late nights a week until 6 or 7pm. They will be able to come in later those days.
Required Qualifications:
A. Minimum of High School Diploma.
B. Experience in a medical office setting.
C. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
D. Proper phone etiquette and communication skills.
E. Ability to get along with others and good organizational skills.
F. Good time management skills.
G. Proficient in multitasking.
H. Computer, typing, record keeping, and filing skills.
I. Pass pre-employment drug screening and the ODJFS required criminal record check.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma, previous experience in a behavioral health setting and experience with Electronic Health Record System
