We are a friendly, patient-focused dental clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming experience for every patient. We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview
As the first face our patients see when they walk through our doors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and comfortable experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a customer-service-oriented environment.

No prior dental or reception experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documents
Process payments and handle basic office transactions
Support the dental team with general administrative duties
Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming
Qualifications
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Available to work Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
