We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and supporting office management to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a positive first impression of our practice.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments using office management software, including calendar management and data entry.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
Maintain professional phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer support at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or dental setting preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency, data entry, and general office software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
Previous experience with front desk duties, medical or dental receptionist tasks is advantageous.
Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management techniques.
