Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This busy role is vital in managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, directing calls as needed
Manage appointment scheduling with EMR
Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating patient records and maintaining filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
Provide excellent support by addressing inquiries professionall
Requirements
Administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing
Exceptional ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while supporting team needs effectively
Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
