Job Description
Are you feeling unappreciated at work? Do you feel the burn out? A lot of times dental offices preach self care for their patients, but not allowing time for ourselves.
At Westveiw dental, we practice a philosophy where we work as a team with each other and our patients. We use open and honest communication with each other which is transparent throughout the office. Although we work hard and are actively present at work, we make sure we take time off and enjoy our time away from the office. Every 3 months the office closes down and the team takes a week off. We work Monday-Wednesday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch, with the option of working two additional Thursdays per month from 8:00 am – 2pm. The position can either be for full time or part time depending on the preference of hours wanted. This allows us to have a balanced life and enjoy a long weekend every weekend.
If this type of balance is something you’re looking for you, let us know if we’d be a good fit. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience working in a dental office. We work with dentrix as our dental software along with other forms of communication platforms for our patient. We are hiring specifically for a front desk coordinator who would be in charge of scheduling and recall appointments.
This position includes paid time off, sick time, holiday pay. We also offer a 401k with matching, medical stipend and dental coverage in the office. This position is only available onsite. The hourly pay will range on experience from $24-32 an hour. We are being selective on our search and we encourage you to be also. We have established a wonderful culture in our office and we want to make sure we bring on the right long term individual to grow with us.
