Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator

Argyle Advanced Dental Care is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.

At our practice, we combine cutting-edge technology with genuine, patient-first care — and we never oversell treatment. We pride ourselves on a drama-free, collaborative workplace where every team member is valued.

What you'll do:
Manage patient scheduling using Dentrix Ascend to keep the hygiene schedule full and running smoothly
Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok to grow our online presence
Greet patients warmly and serve as the welcoming face of our practice
Support marketing initiatives that reflect our brand and patient-first values
What we're looking for:
Experience creating social media content — video editing, graphic design, and storytelling skills are a big plus
Professional, friendly, and polished communication — in person, on the phone, and online
Dental front desk experience preferred — but if you're a social media pro with a great attitude, we'll train you on the clinical side
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A team player who leaves drama at the door
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM
Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM
No weekends and no evenings!!!

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
