Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled front desk coordinator for our multi specialty surgical practice. Our doctors hold specialties in plastic surgery, oral & maxillofacial surgery. Since 2005 we pride ourselves in providing excellence in specialized surgical care combined with impeccable customer service. We need highly motivated individuals. Job Duties :
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Greet patients upon arrival
Efficiently check patients in and out
Gather patient documents (such as ID and insurance card)
Verifying insurance eligibility prior to the patients appointment
Preparing prior to clinic day (print patient notes, verify dental insurance, etc. )
Collecting payment/co pays
Schedule vendor meetings
Perform basic clerical duties (such as scanning, updating patient demographics into EMR) Preferably with ECW (E-Clinical Works) experience
Complete all assigned tasks from office managers and doctors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
