Job Description

Front Office Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office
Southborough, MA
We’re looking for an exceptional Front Office Coordinator to join our warm, close-knit pediatric dental team in Southborough!

Our practice was built around a simple idea: dental visits should be genuinely happy experiences for children and make life easier for their parents. We want to change the traditional perception of the dental office from a place of anxiety and dread into a fun, friendly, welcoming environment where every family feels known and receives individualized care.

Our patients become like family to us—and we’re looking for someone who wants to become part of our work family as well.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, professional, quick to learn, and willing to go above and beyond. As a small practice, every person matters. We value team members who take ownership of their work, notice what needs to be done, solve problems, and take initiative without always waiting to be asked.

Our ideal candidate is:
Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Hardworking with a strong work ethic
Independent, self-motivated, and a quick learner
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
An excellent communicator in person and on the phone
Flexible and willing to go above and beyond for patients and teammates
Someone who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and good judgment both at work and whenever representing our practice
Experience We Value
Dental front office experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with:
Dental insurance, billing, and collections
Patient payments and account balances
Scheduling and maintaining a productive schedule
Dental practice management software
Patient and parent communication
Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required.

Portuguese-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

What We Offer in Return
We ask a lot from our team—but we also believe exceptional employees should be recognized, appreciated, and rewarded.

For the right person, this isn't just another front desk job. We offer competitive and fair compensation along with the opportunity to work in a clean, modern, beautiful office with an incredible team and a positive environment where you can genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Benefits and perks include:
Health insurance
Retirement plan
Performance bonuses
Generous PTO
Paid holidays
Birthday pay perk
Planet Fitness gym membership
Continuing education and professional development
Benefits become available after the applicable eligibility/waiting period for each benefit.

Our Culture
We work hard, help each other, and take pride in doing things well. We believe in stepping up when something needs to be done, helping one another without keeping score, and making the extra effort when it can improve a family's experience.

In return, we want our team members to feel valued, supported, and proud of where they work.

If you're looking for a workplace where your contribution truly matters—and you're ready to bring a strong work ethic, professionalism, initiative, and a great attitude—we'd love to hear from you. Inquire within, or send your resume to hiring@cedarbrookpediatricdentistry.com.
