Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary.

Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

Experience
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with calendar management and office procedures is beneficial.
