What You Will Do (Job Summary):
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive, welcoming experience to our patients and their families! The individual hired into this role will greet patients and their families, answer and route incoming calls, complete insurance verification as needed, cash collections and the correct handling of patient charts.
As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a vital role in a successful surgical procedure. The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and operating room staff.
The starting rate for this role is between $18.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Skills:
High school Diploma or GED
Need experience working in a medical office setting
Competence in using basic office equipment, including computer, printer, telephone, and fax
Excellent clerical and organizational abilities
Proven customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, especially in high-stress situations
Strong multi-tasking capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Bilingual skills highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in maintaining composure and professionalism when interacting with patients and family members, including in potentially challenging situations
