At our Clinic, we’re searching for an exceptional individual to join us as a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist. This is more than just a job - We need someone who combines exceptional communication, organizational, and empathetic skills to make a difference in every patient interaction. What You’ll Do
Welcome patients with warmth: Be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors.
Keep the schedule running smoothly: Manage appointments efficiently and ensure accuracy in the calendar.
Communicate with clarity: Answer calls, address inquiries, and deliver messages promptly.
Assist with patient intake: Verify insurance, update patient records, and ensure all information is accurate.
Maintain an inviting reception area: Keep the front desk clean, organized, and professional.
Support administrative operations: Handle filing, data entry, and other office tasks with precision and care.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual fluency: Speak and write in both English and Spanish proficiently. This is a requirement of the position.
Experience: At least 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a similar role, ideally in a medical clinic.
Interpersonal skills: Friendly, professional, and capable of connecting with others.
Highly organized: Master multitasking and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency: You’re comfortable with medical software, scheduling systems, and general office equipment.
Team player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible patient care.

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
