Front Desk Receptionist, Team member for MRI ,Xray, ultrasound center

Sunnyvale imaging center has been providing MRI, X-ray, Diagnostic Ultrasound to our medical community for the last 20 years.

We would like to expand our team with two motivated, friendly, organized ,punctual ,carrier minded indiviuals we do provide training in various aspect of the center
Full Time M-F
Duties will include:

- Answering and Returning Phone Calls

- Greeting and Scheduling Patients

- Payment Collections

- Filing and Data Entry

- Rooming patients

- Data entry

- Superb customer service skills

-English and Spanish

- Able to multitask and prioritize

- Organized and detail oriented

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
This is a fun warm office with great patients. Prior experience in the medical field is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Experience in customer service and data entry
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Familiarity with phone etiquette and client services
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
