Duties
Handle Dental office tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and staff.

Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Assist in training development for new employees and ongoing staff training initiatives.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Experience
Experience in a dental office preferred
Familiarity with dental software helps
Proficient in using various phone systems for effective communication.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
