Front Desk Specialist

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team of 30 dedicated professionals who provide exceptional eye and vision care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow, ensuring timely care.

Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient check-ins.

Assist with insurance verification and documentation (training provided).

Support the office team with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or medical office setting is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

Experience with insurance verification is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
