Overview
TEMPORARY ROLE: 1-4 MONTHS WHILE A TEAM MEMBER IS OUT. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE MONDAY-FRIDAY.
LOOKING FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK MINIMUM. 15-30 HRS PER WEEK. DAYS OF THE WEEK IS FLEXIBLE, MORNING OR AFTERNOON IS FLEIXIBLE, BUT TUESDAY-FRIDAY ARE HIGHEST PRIORITY.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional to work as Front Desk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Maintain accurate patient records and files using Denticon.
Provide information about services offered and address any client questions or concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Handle administrative tasks such as confirming appointments, taking payments & applying to accounts, confirming insurance, calculating copays.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Skills
Proficient in Denticon or similar dental practice management software
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with phone systems for efficient communication with clients and staff.
Strong computer literacy to navigate various software applications seamlessly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
