Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting career opportunity in the field of Dentistry? Have you ever wanted to help people gain confidence and live longer, healthier lives? Would you like the opportunity to travel for training and professional growth? We are looking to add a receptionist / schedule coordinator to our amazing Dental team. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

Our team is looking for an organized, efficient and friendly person to help with answering phones, scheduling, administrative tasks and generally servicing our amazing patients. Experience is preferred but not required. Otherwise, we offer training on everything you will need to know.

Duties include:

- Answering phones

- Greeting & checking in patients for their service

- Scheduling patients for their next appointment

- Calls to patients who are due for their cleaning and recalls.

- Handling patient correspondence/emails

- Other administrative tasks as needed
