We are a growing, patient-focused dental office in Miami seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator/ receptionist with a positive attitude and strong communication skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Discuss financial options and insurance benefits with patients
Schedule treatment and follow up on unscheduled plans
Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams
Provide excellent patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Dental office experience a must!
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Professional, friendly, and reliable
Ability to explain treatment with empathy and clarity
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
