Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk GYN Receptionist to join our healthcare team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our gynecology clinic, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help manage daily operations at the front desk, coordinate appointments, and support administrative functions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling using EHR system, confirming upcoming visits and rescheduling as needed
Maintain accurate patient records through efficient word processing, filing, and data entry
Support patient communication by providing clear instructions, answering questions about procedures, and offering compassionate customer support
Experience
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
