Front office

Our general dental practice is looking to add to our amazing team with an experienced front office receptionist. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in the dental or medical field. Our ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, innovative, hard-working and eager to help our team continue its long history of excellent customer service. The front desk at a dental office is a busy place so attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are a must! Our office has a warm and inviting atmosphere and we pride ourselves in treating our patients with compassion and the utmost integrity. Some of the many duties include: Dental insurance verification and billing, treatment plan presentation, coordinating patient financial arrangements, productive scheduling, new patient phone calls, collecting patient payments, following up on delinquent payments or insurance claim denials. Experience with Open Dental is a plus but not a requirement.
