Warwick Dental is looking for an experienced Front Office Team Member to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, high-performing dental practice committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Patient check-in and check-out

Insurance verification and benefit review

Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements

Collect payments and manage patient accounts

Help maintain a productive schedule and support practice goals

Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required

Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and collections

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented

Experience with Curve or other dental software is a plus
