Front Office Associate

Bent Tree Family Physicians is an established, highly respected family practice serving the North Dallas community since 1987. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused and energetic Front Office Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys interacting with patients and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Assist with patient registration
Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
Collect co-pays and patient balances
Check out patients and coordinate follow-up appointments
Post and reconcile payments collected
Scan and upload documents into our EMR system
Support front office operations and assist team members

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
