Job Description

Happy Teeth Dentistry is searching for an enthusiastic front office associate. You will be the first point of contact for our patients both on the phone and face to face. You will provide administrative support across the organization. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality that enjoys interacting with people.

Job Duties Include:
Greet patients with a smile and welcome them to our office
Call insurance companies to help patients understand their benefits
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, cleaning, etc.

Cross training to learn how to be a dental assistant
Requirements:
Great customer service
Previous work experience in similar roles
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
